Career Goals:

After completing my undergraduate studies at Iowa State University, I plan to enroll in a veterinary program and earn a degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. I wish to continue to expand my role in the agricultural and production animal field by focusing my veterinary practice on livestock and large animals. My ultimate goal would be to establish my own practice and work to make veterinary care more affordable and I accessible to farmers in particularly rural areas of the United States, or even Canada.

Agriculture is, and will continue to be, a very large part of my life. As the gap between consumer and farmer grows ever larger, I will strive to extend the longevity of animal production in such a way that caters to the farmer while considering the consumer.
