Chad Stahl, Ph.D., is one of the founding Board Members of Targeting Excellence. He is currently a Professor and Chair in the Department of Animal and Avian Sciences at the University of Maryland – College Park. Chad received his B.S (’96, N.C.S.U.), MS (’98, Cornell) and Ph.D. (’01, Cornell) degrees in Animal Science.
